Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original heavy-duty boxes, ensuring all hardware, components, and installation manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value rack systems.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items for damage or missing parts, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
